Excercise Broken "Arrow"
Soon it would be time for me and some of my comrades to participate in Ex Broken "Arrow" , the excercise to end anything within its pathway . And of course , we are not talking about destroying something . Soon it will be the last of my Nsf active days .. i think we will miss it wont we ? LOL ! Oh cmon , there are some good times we went thru as well . I think the working world will be much tougher than what i was going thru the past 1 plus year . Life i must say was full of downs and a little of ups... some times really no ups la.. But overall still quite okay lar. I thought hor was given some privileges to stay out during the last 3 months before we ORD la , that was what my boss told the whole lot of us when we first post in to this place . And always la , like what my favourite bmt Sgt always told us : " You Thought " , " He Thought" , " Ah Kow Thought " , Then Who CONFIRM ! Now i find this aspiring speech of his so true . You see , every organization has its own set of directives , or you can call it Rules and regulation . So everyone has to follow it lar , So between Rules and privileges there was a rather huge gap which sometimes might be conflicted . As i was saying lar , we were so called allowed to stay out before 3 months of our ORD date . That was a privilege , haizz so how you think was the outcome ? Quite sad lar actually , but i think all bosses in every organization will of course make some aspiring speech to make his men feel motivated into working hard for him . In the end , we as men only want a small piece of the pie , which was sometimes so hard to get . Why is this so ? I dont blame him for doing that lar , seriously . Althought speaking of this makes me hot somehow , hehe . But i think he did a good job in some way in being boss. Some pointers ( * note hor , ONLY SOME ) can be learned from him . But i think i may "Sia bu liao shou" coz i too welfare liao .. hahah . Anyway sua la ( forget it ) , going to ORD anyway soon . No point fighting / feeling tu lanz an about this so called privilege that he so called promise la. Just a note for those who are still freshies ah , Read the directives carefully before you so called believe that a privilege equals to an entitlement . |

Never felt like this when i was doing Guard 2ic , it was a total job culture shock . I was handling a group of new guards ! All Virgins ! Damn ! i thought i this time sure kena big time liao , sure got some stephen chow wana-be in the group one lor . Lucky no one in the group was a fan of him . Whew ! Lucky to have mr wong as my guard 2ic , his report talk cock skill very zhai sia . Can talk a lot of cock eh .. hahaha !
Best of all right , for the month of june wasnt inside the guard duty list ! I thought my Platoon sgt did what he promised me when i took the "rap" for other dude . When i went to so called thank him , i found out that he didnt told RSM about the so-called promise that he told me . I was think WTF man ! i risked my life for a CB duty that wasnt meant for me and now he told me that he didnt inform RSM about it . KAOZ ! Charile Bravo ! Lucky i didnt kena lor , i think if i kena again they also will come out with another chee and bye story to convince me into risking my life again lor . Kaoz man ! CANT WAIT TO ORD MAN !!!!!!!! 26 more days to go ! Cmon guys , Cheer me up ! ORD LOR ! |

Nice luck i got i guess . Thought can siam pass this appointment througout my Nsf life . Never did i knew that last minute "arrows" were always there for me. Good la , go for Ops excercise . 1 go all go , no one do the duty . THEN PLAN DUTY ON THAT DAY FOR WHAT !? Kam gong ! Thanks to your excellent planning ! i really want to buy you tea leh , whoever planned this guard duty list . When you free huh ? Somemore all the guard i taking over are freshies . Haizz , got to teach them from scratch . Got to "tar" all the responsibility . Going to ORD liao still got this kind of things happen . Damn suay ! Hope on that day , really all things go " soon soon " . No screw ups or whatsoever man .. Still remember that day when my PS told this

My last day in melbourne liao ... time files so fast dont they ? Why dont they fly that fast while i am in camp ? hehe .. ok today destination would be the Hugo Boss factory outlet and queen victoria market . You guys ready for the trip ? Buckle up , seat tight , here we go ! Search the web the past few days looking for the hugo boss factory outlet where we couldnt find on DAY 2 , we searched and searched and searched .... Eventually we found it ! When we went inside the shop , i was greeted with the sight of tonnes and tonnes of jackets , long sleves shirt , coat and even tuxedos from Mr Hugo Boss .. wooohhh!! wait a min , the price are not cheap .. somemore factory outlet ah ? Tried on serveral coats and long shirts , took a very long time in the fitting room , cant decide what to buy coz the price is not so right.... Finally selected one rather hmm i could see a bossz shirt which cost be 80 bucks ! ouch ouch ! Next place , the QUeen Victoria Market ... No queen leh .. hehe. Anyway its a famous tourist attraction in melbourne central , consists of serveral sovineir shops and many many small fruit stall...Saw some fruits i never seen in my life before.. They look so fresh , cant resist them !!! 1 hour later , some shopping was done .. at last i bought something from melbourne .. Soon the night was falling ... 2nite is clubbing time baby ! its friday nite in melbourne ! haiyo so sorry leh , i didnt bring the cam to the club . Anyway , the club was real small lor . like those we have in MS . but the good things is , its filled with KOREANS !!!! Korean chix ! OHHHH My GOSSHHH !!! holy crap ! Wished i learned some korean man ! After clubbing , bao hua drove us back then drove himself . Now was the difficult part , our dear jon is almost dead drunk ! cant drive at all .. lucky me ! i only drank a little .. hehe so i took the wheel !!! heheheeh ! me driving in melbourne ! Nb ! almost made the wrong turn to melbourne central instead of blackburns ... haha almost drove up a tram railway track too... it was too dark .. wooo !! duno how i got back also .. stroke of good luck i guess ? ha ! jon almost threw up in the car when i parked it ... i Reversed ... forwarded.....Reversed ... forwarded..... serveral times .. my parking sucks though .. Kena kao bei by him then told him to siam one corner first while i park it right . When i reached the door , i ran for my bed and crashed .... ZZZZzzz.....zZZZZZ... Happening Level : 8/10 |

 Good morning !
I would say that Day 5 was the best part of melbourne life i have encountered for my 6.5 days trip . Day 5 was a real challenge to both of us . i think Never in my life had i V-com for 8.5 hours non-stop without sleeping ( except the journey back , really cant tahan ) . We travel around 400 over more km from Blackburns to Great oceans road . The journey was indeed a hell out of an experience for both of us . Another purple heart award goes to Jon , who drove all the way 10 hours non-stop ( duno how he did that sia ) . The day started late as usual , haha ! we woke up at around 12pm noon . On no ! we were late man ! damn ! discussed whether to go on the trip over a stick of kent . After much discussion , we decided to proceed . We Gota make this trip memorable . Here we go ! Took a short walk to the car rental shop at around 1245 pm , after all the paper work , we were ready ! NB ! forgot to bring the camera ! holy crap ! lucky was discovered early , so drove back to get it , on the way back , jon took a shit . ( scared later lao sai ) . Drove to hungry jacks ( burger king ) and ordered the standard whoopers meals and here we go ! ( 1300 hrs ) . We need to reach there before daylight falls ( approx ard 1800 hrs ) . 5 hours to cover 400 km ! u do the math baby ! how fast must we travel man ( some more its a toyota camry {kaya lost to me ( toyota altis 1.8ltrs) on a straight road } LOL !!! we really thought the trip would be wasted . 2 hours passed and we only covered 40 % of our journey ! 3 hours to go ! time was clicking away fast , flashes of the 12 apostles of what i saw on tv came to my mind . will we ever make it there before last light ? we went as fast as the camry could tahan... Ard 1600 hrs , we saw a sign ( GREAT OCEANS ROAD ) . Yeah ! we only reach the start of great oceans road .... siao bo !!! around 200 or lesser km more to go . Took a couple of pictures on the way there , then it started to rain !!!!! OH MAN !!! this time hong kan liao we thought.. rain .. rain and rain.... then suddenly stop , as if we were in another state or so . Soon , the sun was shinning brightly again.. Oh yeah ! Ard 1630 hours we reach a Big sign board ( WELCOME TO GREAT OCEANS ) Yeah ! 180 over more km to go ! We chiong and chiong ! Encountered so weird road bends like the one you see in initial D .. We went from the mountainous area then to the forest area , then it started to rain again ! wah lau ! rain .. rain .. rain... Soon we cleared the forest area and emerged into a slightly fogged up area ( forgot called what :P ) . Rain suddenly stop again . Ard 1700 hours , we passed by some cattles ( mostly sheeps) , decided to take a pic of them . ( you must be thinking we must be mad , running out of time liao still can relax a while ) . After that , we saw a sign (12 APOSTLES View 200 meters ) , holy crap , how come its so near . Acording to the map still got around 130 km more. Took a hand brake u-turn and went to the so called (12 APOSTLES View 200 meters ) , NB !!! it was (12 APOSTLES Flight View 200 meters ) . Damn ! who would be in the right mind to take a mini plane on a stormy yet sunny weather . Time was around 1715 and we were still around 100 km short . As we sped through the mountainous area toward port campbell ( place where the 12 stones stood ) , we were stopped by a traffic light !!! siao bo ! What are the ang mo(s) thinking of man ! a traffic light in the middle of the mountain ! We went as fast as 100 km/hr even though the roads were slippery , chiong ah ! we have gotta see those stones !!!! Ard 1730 , i saw something on the left , its an apostle !!!!! i saw one !! though it was tiny !! we were near !!! we made it man ! Unbelievable ! 5 mins later , we saw a sign (12 APOSTLES centre right turn ) . WE MADE IT ! Time was 1740 hrs ! Sky was beginning to turn dark .......... kinz ! As we stepped out of the vehicle , a gush of cold and strong wind blew us . Burrrrr !!!!!!!! damn cold ! kinz !!! lets run ! We ran all the way from the carpark to the centre and from there to the viewing deck ... The wind was very strong , feels like a typhoon was real near us . Could really blow us away !! Best part of story , jon wore shorts ! whahahah . Song bo ! its really damn freaking cold ! its maddening ! kinzz kinz !!!! snap ! snap !! took quite a couple of pictures and a video clip to proof that we really made it there ... Ohhhh heng man ! the pics we took were still ok ! very soon later , the sun began to set and darkness falls quickly . By god's will , we were able to make it . Now came , the challenging part , to drive back home !!!!! siao bo ! the streets were not fully lighted up by street lamps , it really depends on ur driving judgement ( whether to "kiss the mountain" or " take a dip down the sea " ) Soon , i was knock off man ! didnt even know it lor , until i smell something like hmm KFC ! i awoke immediately . Ate my hearts content even though the serving were damn small ! but i was too hungry to think that much . Around 1 .5 hours later , we reached melbourne city ! yeah .. and its already 2300 hrs ! Great day happenings at great oceans !
