Excercise Broken "Arrow"
Soon it would be time for me and some of my comrades to participate in Ex Broken "Arrow" , the excercise to end anything within its pathway . And of course , we are not talking about destroying something . Soon it will be the last of my Nsf active days .. i think we will miss it wont we ? LOL ! Oh cmon , there are some good times we went thru as well . I think the working world will be much tougher than what i was going thru the past 1 plus year . Life i must say was full of downs and a little of ups... some times really no ups la.. But overall still quite okay lar. I thought hor was given some privileges to stay out during the last 3 months before we ORD la , that was what my boss told the whole lot of us when we first post in to this place . And always la , like what my favourite bmt Sgt always told us : " You Thought " , " He Thought" , " Ah Kow Thought " , Then Who CONFIRM ! Now i find this aspiring speech of his so true . You see , every organization has its own set of directives , or you can call it Rules and regulation . So everyone has to follow it lar , So between Rules and privileges there was a rather huge gap which sometimes might be conflicted . As i was saying lar , we were so called allowed to stay out before 3 months of our ORD date . That was a privilege , haizz so how you think was the outcome ? Quite sad lar actually , but i think all bosses in every organization will of course make some aspiring speech to make his men feel motivated into working hard for him . In the end , we as men only want a small piece of the pie , which was sometimes so hard to get . Why is this so ? I dont blame him for doing that lar , seriously . Althought speaking of this makes me hot somehow , hehe . But i think he did a good job in some way in being boss. Some pointers ( * note hor , ONLY SOME ) can be learned from him . But i think i may "Sia bu liao shou" coz i too welfare liao .. hahah . Anyway sua la ( forget it ) , going to ORD anyway soon . No point fighting / feeling tu lanz an about this so called privilege that he so called promise la. Just a note for those who are still freshies ah , Read the directives carefully before you so called believe that a privilege equals to an entitlement . |
