Was intending to go down to the florist to view my flowers see if they can make it anot before they send it up . On my way there i saw the boss carrying my flowers. Wow.. they were beautiful man. Indeed those flowers were good stuff that i paid for .
Time for action.............. Gogogog . Took her to the westin hotel entrance. She still dont know , until i told her to one corner called Equinox , she asked me what resturant was that. I told her ; "relax " good stuff lai eh. Entered the reception . Told the reception i booked under Mr lin but i think the telephone operator heard as MR LIM ... wah siao bo ! try not to think of anything at that time . After more confirmation , they registered us in and said : "enjoy your dinner at the 71st floor " . Baby was shocked and lost for words. But this was only the starting ... whahahah !!!!! more to come...
Walked to the narrow path to the lift. When the lift came , one ang mo came out and told me personally that the lift spoil......... what the hell . What a dumb ass sense of humour he had. LOL!

Soon after they were ready. we entered Equinox and got a seats next to the window !! YEA ! Just like what i had wanted. I realised that the place had changed from the ex compass rose. Last time i think the entire restuarant is on a very slight rotating dish so diners can enjoy the 360 degree view of singapore at a glance. No longer moving now.......lol but the view we got was good enough . Directly below us was penisular centre , in the mid was the subordinate court , boat quay and singapore river and on the extreme left was esplanade the 2 spiky thingy stuff.. haha. Further left is the reclaim island for the International resort , the ferris wheel and the new floating field for ndp 2007 .

I took a look at the menu and it was indeed a breath taking experience......... woOOoo WeEEeeee....... Dinner set was 150 per person. On my gosh. And of course , we didnt ordered that crappy set. We order individual main course. 2 x Beef tenderlion with thick mushroom sauce and some special cream prepared by the chef ( recommened) and 1 x crab salad not too bad as well.. and lastly drinks . When i saw the drinks menu , i went like ' what the hell' but of course didnt said it out lar. But the drinks prices were mad . Thought of drinking champagne but the cheapest was 25 dollars. I asked if it was per bottle , waiter told me per glass ! OKAY !!! Thats freaking mad . So we settled for 2 sparkling Ice juice on the house. Hehe

Soon the waiter bought us a special tray of bread with all different sizes , shapes and taste. i think it was complimentary... Hmmm eating bread at 71st storey was really very different from eating else where . Even the ice water taste nice. hahah. Soon the crab salad arrived.. it goes well with the bread too... LOL !

It took quite some time before our main course came . Soon it was getting darker and the place was getting packed. Packed even in a place like this , singaporeans are rich man i guess. i think some jokers just simply came up here for a normal meal....... really siao langs. Soon the beef tenderlion came . Wah liaoZzzz suddenly realised that the word tenderlion got the word lion in it sia.. siao bo ! okok mai kong liao .. The beef tenderlion was damn good lar ! but the portion was quite sad lar. i took like 45 minutes to eat that small portion of meat lar compared to 15 mins at jacks place . Hahah.

Soon the main course was over . And baby was wandering what was her birthday gift from me. Heheh . Kinda inorged her and continued to take more pictures.. hehe . That made her more anxious that ever.. whahaha .

Soon we were getting bored of the place le . And baby said she wanted to go else where to grap a drink or something. I told her to wait while i go to the gents. In fact , i told the captain to present her the cake first then the flowers... Hehe. Went back to my seat , she suspected something wrong. Told her the toliet was crowed.. haha .

Finally ...... they were ready sia.. hahah . The waiter presented her the tiny birthday cake with 1 candle . The cake was indeed rather special , it wasnt any kuku chocolate cake from any bakery , it was made from some special moose chocolate substance that melt in when in enters your mouth. YUMMY ! Baby was very happy and almost nearing to tears i guess. Hahahah not Finished YET !!! Still got my power flowers from duno which country . But confirm is good stuff. ( hope is not from malaysia ) LOL . Lai liao ....... ! did a head shrug to the waiter and he brought in the flowers after the candles were blown. Good timing ! haha ! The waiter with my flowers while on the way to my table led to some jealously or anxiety from another female customer seating in front of us. I think she might think that her boyfriend might be using that for proposing.. whahaha ! Sorry .. its for my baby.. hehe.. Think i saw the lady's sian 1/2 expression when the flowers went pass her... haha. Yes !! Yes....! baby was extremely shocked by the numberous suprises i had installed for her. hahaha. Woohoo ! Overall this mission was a success. i made my girl happy on her 21st birthday . I hope she will never forget this day.

After that we went to Cos cafe for some tea to digest our exploding stomach . It might seem like no kick in the picture but when you finish the whole course ... Ahhh Quite filling man. Duno why . Maybe is the post bill syndrome bah.. hahah ! Any way it was a terrfic day and i find that money was well spent for . Happy 21st birthday baby !
