Hello everybody , welcome to the mr hui's show ( late nights edtion ) , Today i shall talk about what was so happening on wednesday night , in case you are so die hard to know it all , and yes Kaya i know you are one of them , one of my faithful listener . Thanks for the support . Alright and here it goes ........

I always tend to write my blog late.. so this time i try to make an extra effort to update my blog when my mind is still fresh ( notice the time of post ) . LOL ! Not to dissapoint my fans too. Noticed that my view counters recorded around 10 views per day , which is not bad a record , but sometimes i wonder who on earth is viewing my blog always . Ahhh! Guys i know what you are thinking , your brother right ? hahaah ! Yar right lar ! duno who lar , anyway those who appreciate my blog pls log in to my shoutbox to say something lar .... all are welcome except "the special one " , i dont want to say out the name lar huh , u know i know "gao" liao . Fierce enough . Alright enough of that cock and bull story huh ? Hear until sian right ? want to know what happened on weds ? Whahah ! Nothing lar .. It just a meeting with an old poly classmate of mine whom i havent met since 3 years plus !! That time dont know why i so pissed off with her for lar , maybe still during my puberty period ? LOL !! Anyway , i met her at Plaza Sing for dinner at 7pm .. haha as usual she was late .. haha same old patern doesnt change dont they ? Then she took a wrong exit at dhoby ghaut station , was supposed to meet her at the entrance leading to plaza sing then she went to the exit duno leading to where .. i think to the main road i guess .. hahaha what a silly girl .. hehe but sometimes her silliness really make me laugh man , i havent laugh that much for quite sometime . Its always me making up all those stupid jokes making other people laugh , at times i dont really find my jokes that funny myself . Hahaha , seeing her again reminds me of my good old poly days ( Ah jiao , u will know what i mean . Thanks in advance , next time treat you dinner ) . Fun lar .. really fun lar , dont get to enjoy that much now in SIM though... *sian* Ohhh anyway where am i ? Ohh haha at the wrong exit story , haha . So i met her at the other exit , where some small shops were newly set up at the station , nothing really much i supposed.. Wow , immdiately after i met her she went inside some duno what jewellery shop , Ai zhai guys ! relax ! my name not Roberto carlos , my name ah hui , brain still havent bhs yet eh .. haha anyway the shop just sell some teenage kinda so called "ear ring" which i find , look like buttons from my grandma's sewing machine drawer . Whahahaha ! Oh my go0sh , those young girls out there is gona kill me for saying that .. haha not really a so called admirer of that kind of fashion anyway . So she bought the pair of ear rings ... and the shopping fever starts !!!! ARHHH !!!! Siao liao ! Lucky i was born with a pair of real solid strong legs to survive this shopping marathon . Nah i was just kidding you . haha , after that we went to some gift shop at 4th floor i think , duno called what thoughts , forgot the name liao . She kena "sai kang" ( Extra Work after office hours ) to seek some birthday gift for her female counter part at work , stayed at the gift shop for 30 mins .. i yawn 5 times while i am inside , ohh my goosh man , guys next time if u have the chance pls go in and have a look man , i almost fainted in there ! Some statue figurine of a small boy and girl rolling some boat to nowhere cost 80 dollars ! WOW ! What easy money man ! should have done better in arts when i was at baker . haha . Damn .. and what surprised me is people do buy those figurine to collect ! Really something to ponder apond . Soon the figurine was selected ... whew.. Thereafter , we went to a CD shop i think sembanwang CD , and she looking for a disc that she do not know the title .. hahahahahahhaha , she best lar , entertainer man , better than me . She told me that she saw that particular CD on tv comercials , well i was wondering of course , didnt see that comercial so far , duno which channel she watching sia , haha . Teased her again ... hahaha : P . After some asking around with the shop owner , finally the store keeper found that particular disc she was looking for , and she looked so happy , haha . Funny girl .. LOL .. Ohh and it isnt over yet , we went to the basement level and there she spotted some female clothes ! Ohh no ! haha went in see see look look then takes up the t-shirt ( i think ) adjusted to her shoulder length , smile here smile there .. hahahahaha then thinks its okay to buy .. Wah no need test 1 will know leh, she got special powers , next time learn from her then teach you guys okay ? hehe Hoe eh ~ haha. Lastly , wah .. eh you guys tulan ( feels pissed off ) at me writing so much about the shopping trip ? haha .. who hands up , show me your hands , " carry on 20 " :)
yeah lastly went to a mobile pushcart stall somewhere near KFC where it sells a 4 leaf keychain , necklace or hp chain or anything you can think off lar, It was supposed to bring the person good luck , ( Know who to get from next time , ktl members ) Buying that for her ex or present team leader i guess , hmm .. i see . So dinner at last , i see the time , oh wow ! 9pm liao ! hahahaah "time flies when you enjoy yourself "( quoted from mr bean ) , it was indeed enjoyable , seriously . yeah soon , got to think of a nice place for dinner , Hmm suddenly remembered there is this nice Fish n Co across the street , lets go then ! The place was less crowed than usual , perhaps because it was 9pm ! hahahaha ! wow i thought , good lar this time round got some peace to chat and enjoy dinner . Then Suddenly , the rocker band starts playing !!! Wah lau eh , then our seat so bloody near the speaker lor ... hahaha basically got to shout when talking ! Wah lau , happening man .. soon the music died now , yea ! i guess those 2 dudes are tired after 2 songs .. haha just when i thought it was over , another rocker came in ! Damn damn damn ! Lucky only lasted another 2 songs ... LoL ~ but the environment was perfect , just thanks to the good speakers above us . Wonderful design , i salute the designer of that place . Hoe Eh~ Orded Seafood platter for 2 , ( *eye brown twitch* ) i think its the best served meal at fish and Co lor . Soon my platter came , duno why so fast also .. wah lau . cannot cook slower meh.. NBB ( means $%^* in short) , haha she commented wah .. sure full anot 1 plate only .. whahahah ! i was laughing inside like a mad person , then told her you eat half way liao then say further . True enough , this seafood platter for 2 never fails to make me feel like puking after finishing ... hahahaha , damn damn damn damn damn damn full lar ... wah lau spare me from eating that for at least 3 weeks man ( unless stated otherwise *eye brown twitch* ) . wooohh !! So bloody full , when we came out we saw some smoke duno coming from where , dont know which place caught fire nearby , whole place was kinda misty , which makes it seemed like walking in the streets of paris at night . haha Yea i am shitting you again , havent been that place b4 . But thats how i can imagine . Ohhh soon it was time to bid farewell , haha so sad . I could have took train from the northeast to my home about 4 stops away , then she physco me to take train to toa pahyo then later from toa pahyo go back my house , she says very near , indeed damn near , and thats by CAR !!! Waaaaaaaa!! i always holland ( gets lost ) at the interchange area , Ohhh one more thing lor , the bus uncle intro me take bus 139 to boon keng , guess where it stopped , at boon keng mrt ... ohh hell yeah .. gota take a short stroll back home . But all was worthwhile .

I still remembered it was a tuesday night , supposed to work but i chum siao my job lor after i know who would be going . It would be the almost complete gang of KTL plus special guest appearance , "Lion king" . It would be one hell of a crazy night , definitely not going to miss this ktv . what you will see next is one of my favourite tracks , where "lion king" sings his theme song to the birthday boy . ( Not for the faint hearted personnel ) . Guys in australia , you missed the live performance , lucky we got it recorded . whahah ! Okay ~ without much to conclude , pls enjoy . How to Zhng a Jelly ( the Hui's Way )

Hello everybody , Welcome to Hui's show again . Today i will demostrate how to make a Jelly . ahh ! Gelyang people over there , Intrested bo ? Enjoying your frog proridge or looking at something else ? Dont stare too hard huh , later kena choke . hehe Pls Enjoy.

STEP 1 :

First of all , THE RECIPE !!!! 1st u need favouring dye solution , comes in many different kind , today i making pandan favour , sounds weird right ? Duno why they ask me make also . haha . 2nd , to Get jelly of coz you need INSTANT JELLY POWDER ! 3rd , a can of HOSAE cocktail . haha !

How much to add you must be wondering ?

DYE SOLUTION : Ard 8-10 drops ( depending how many girls , eh sorry i mean how many cups u making )
INSTANT JELLY POWDER: 100 grams for 16 cups ( Do the math yourself)
HOSAE COCKTAIL: Quatity depends how chio is the girl ? LOL

STEP 2 :

Place the jelly powder ( 100 grams / 16 cups) and the favour dye to a pot , let it boil for around 20 mins / 5 hkb(s) . After 20 mins or more , you will see something like this . If not you really see bei aw lor . LOL !

Step 3 :

After mixing well , pour the mixed solution into a smaller flask where you can transfer them into cups . Kinda comon sense lar , in case some one go act hero pour from the pot , then later miss cue tio his/her leg , then kena injury , who tar ?

STEP 4 :

Pour the solution into smaller cups , fill to around 25% . And wait for 1 hour or more or a smarter way would be to put them inside the freezer !!!! Thats what i did , my workplace Aunty told me put outside and let it cool down by itself , i waited for 1.5 hours and the solution still cant solidify , siao bo ! wanto to make me work OT lor. 15mins in the freezer would do the job !!! damn . After the solution is semi-solid , place the cocktail on top of it . Then fill up the remaining space .

STEP 5:

Place the jelly into the freezer or the fridge . Wait for around 1 night or so . And delicious jelly awaits you !

STEP 6 :

Fall in all your jellies , RSM check strength . ( notice there is one att B , standing at the back )

STEP 7 :

RSM : " OPEN ORDER " ! "HELMETS ON" !! i give you 20 secs to comply , your 20 secs starts 19 secs ago !

STEP 8:

Here comes the tonner , " LOAD UP " !!!!

STEP 9: ( Easiest Step Of all , So easy that even roberto can comply )

Eat up the ATT B jelly !!! WHAHHAHAHAHA !!!
